Return Rules Summary

• Returns accepted within 14 days after delivery
• $10.00 flat rate return shipping fee
• No restocking fee
• No final sale items

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
• Customers must contact us before sending any return.
• Returns that do not meet our conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order separately.
